KLOGR release new single after 7 years

“Unspoken Words” is a powerful track that delves deep into the emotional turmoil of unexpressed feelings and the weight they carry. Blending the raw intensity of metal with the melodic sensibilities of rock, this song is a must-listen for fans of Stone Sour, Godsmack, Chevelle, and Disturbed.

With its heavy riffs, haunting vocals, and atmospheric layers, “Unspoken Words” captures the essence of modern rock/metal, delivering a sound that’s both familiar and refreshingly unique. Perfect for those who appreciate music that resonates with both the mind and the soul, Klogr’s “Unspoken Words” is poised to make a lasting impact on the rock/metal scene.

KLOGR will be touring with Evergrey in November too.

Current biography/Key dates

Klogr (pronounced Kay-Log-Are) is an Italian American alternative metal band with progressive metal influences.

2011 – Saw the release of their debut album, Till You Decay.

2013 – line-up change incorporating all 3 members of alternative rock band Timecut. They released the e.p. Till You Turn and played at the Sweden Rock Festival.

2014 – second full-length concept album “Black Snow” is released, focusing on environmental-conscious subjects, and the band share a 23 date European Tour with Prong.

While working on a DVD, Klogr release a live video for Failing Crowns: 23 shows condensed into 4 minutes. On September 17, 2014, a major turning point for Klogr: with the new line up consisting of Rusty on vocals and guitars, Pietro on guitars, Joba on bass and Rob on drums, the band leaves behind its status of a “project band” to become a band with a steady line up.

In May 2015 the band release Make Your Stand, an EP with three new songs, ten live audio tracks plus a DVD containing a long documentary on the band and a full live show Live in Trezzo.
On June 13th, 2015, Klogr are the only opening act for Limp Bizkit’s concert in Florence at the Obihall Theatre.

In April 2016 Klogr release “Breathing Heart”, shot at the historical Carpi Theatre and featuring Milanese actress Veronica Sogni.

On October 6, 2017, Klogr release the album “Keystone” produced by 3 Time Grammy Award Winning Producer David Bottrill.

In November 2017, Klogr start a 10-day European tour with Finnish rock band The Rasmus. Special guest on drums for the tour and for the RMX video of “Technocracy” is Prong’s and Lamb of God’s drummer Art Cruz.

In early 2018 Klogr return with the release of a new single “Pride before the Fall” and an extensive European Tour with American heavy metal band Butcher Babies.

In 2019 Klogr play shows with Buckcherry in Europe, Puddle of Mudd and Anthrax in Italy and another 24 date European tour with the metal band Infected Rain.

In 2020 Covid 19 stopped play….but the band worked on the new album.

Despite the prejudices surrounding the world of alternative metal, KLOGR exemplifies a band that has consistently captivated and retained its audience. With their next full-length album due out this winter, the band lives up to its name, returning to the scene with an impeccable album that pays attention to the smallest details and is rich in nuances and influences.

“Many things have happened in recent years that have slowed down the band’s activity, personal problems and global situations that we all know. It took time for the new work, but I’m sure of one thing: never has so much energy been concentrated in a Klogr album. It was worth it, and we’re ready to get back on the scene and stay there,” says Rusty.

Klogr is set to ignite the European stages once again. Come winter 2024, they will demonstrate their uncontrollable power and energy, reaffirming their place in the alternative metal scene.

Born in the ‘70s Ro has been influenced by music throughout his life. At the tender age of 10, he was dutifully pumping 10ps into the Jukebox to listen to AC/DC’s Whole Lotta Rosie and Iron Maiden’s Run to The Hills constantly, much to the chagrin of everything else in the Youth Club! Ro then went to his first gig – SAXON! Since then all music has been his passion, with metal at its heart.
