LIVESTREAM FAQ
Start Time
- The livestream is delayed 2 hours from the in-arena start time.
- The stream will begin: 3:00pm BST, 10:00am EST, 7:00am PST.
- Stream opens 30 minutes prior to start
Merch
- Worldwide shipping for the Back To The Beginning livestream merch will be available soon, but currently we only ship T-shirts to the UK, US and some European countries.
- More European territories are on the way shortly – but orders from elsewhere will be cancelled and you would need a new ‘ticket only’ purchase to watch the show.
- For customers outside of those regions, please opt in to notifications to hear when exclusive livestream merch becomes available in your area.
- If you bought a Livestream Ticket before the Ticket + T-shirt bundle became available in your region, opt in to notifications in Manage Account/Notifications section of the User
- Account Menu for updates on how to obtain a t-shirt.**
Purchasing and entering the event
- Click the order now button, in the purchase window, select your ticket and click the
- “Add to Cart” button.
- Once checked out, click complete purchase.
- On the event homepage, you will now see a ticket confirmed button, when virtual doors open, the enter button will activate.
- Back to the Beginning livestream tickets cost £24.99 (+applicable taxes and service fees).
- Back to the Beginning livestream tickets + exclusive t-shir bundles cost £54.00 (+ applicable taxes and service fees).
Smart TV FAQ’s
- Smart TVs are not supported, but they may still be able to view the event depending on the type of television. If you are trying to use a Smart TV to watch these events, we suggest you try accessing the event as soon as virtual doors open to ensure this works for your specific TV.
Watching on Multiple Devices
- Events can only be viewed on 1 device at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- If a second device is connected, the first device will be logged out automatically and a warning message will be displayed.
- Warning: Do not share your account information with others, or you may be unable to access the event.
Accessibility
- If subtitles are available, you can click the icon in the bottom right of the video player,
- then select your desired subtitles.
Chat Guidelines
- Do not post any hateful or derogatory comments towards anyone else in the chat or those participating in the event
- Do not spam the chat with repeat messages (this includes technical issues)
- Do not post any personal details about yourself or any other patron
- Do not post messages about politics or current events that are unrelated to the actual event being viewed Kiswe will exercise a zero-tolerance policy if these guidelines are not followed. Users that do not abide by these rules will have their chat privileges revoked immediately.
- Kiswe also reserves the right to moderate users negatively impacting the chat experience with messages that do not fall under the guidelines above.
